Children and families are experiencing increasing societal demands that impact functioning across multiple domains of life. The prevalence of neurodiversity, autism spectrum disorders and mental health conditions has continued to rise, resulting in a growing need for accessible, evidence-based therapeutic services. AJOY Therapy was founded by a licensed clinician with specialized training in autism, attachment and adoption-related concerns, trauma and abuse, parenting interventions, anxiety and depressive disorders, social skills development, and performance coaching for student athletes. AJOY provides comprehensive services to individuals and couples experiencing life transitions and psychosocial stressors that affect daily functioning, academic and occupational performance, interpersonal relationships, social engagement, and self-concept.

AJOY specializes in the assessment and treatment of individuals with autism spectrum disorder and the families impacted by autism. Treatment approaches are integrative and grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
